GFSN LAND

LAND

All of the land in GFSN is titled, just like in real life. Land available for purchase is shown on the map legends section of the web site as well as information about purchased lots and current owners of land on the server. Some lots are on the available list, while vast tracks of undeveloped land have no titles yet until they are developed, titled and then offered for sale by a real estate developer (REO).

Land lots can also come up randomly at auction each month, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled and keep some dry powder on hand , just in case the lot you want comes up for auction at some point.

LEASING LAND - Players can lease up to 2 lots in our system per year. During the lease, players can execute an option to purchase the land via the title. If a lease exipres without being purchased, and there is no active animal barn agreement on the property, it immediately goes back onto the market and is offered for sale.

Note: Leased land cannot be subleased to another player.

OWNING LAND - Players are allowed to purchase a fixed number of acres as defined in their player profile. If the lot you wish to purchase or lease puts you over your acreage limit, then you must sell a lot that you own or lease prior to purchasing or leasing a new lot. Additional Acres can be earned randomly by completing Farming Coop contracts.

SELLING LAND - Players can sell land to another player either directly, auction it off, or list it for sale via a real estate broker. Players should exercise caution before buying property and locking their farm into long term ownership.
